below. Complete this chart regularly. Take your picture before starting
the Program. It will be easy for you to compare your new appearance
to the way you looked before.

habits and fix the initial results. Complete the chart
thoroughly on the indicated days and contact your consultant regularly
to discuss how you are moving forward with the Program.
