2 tbsp. Thermojetics® High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix, any flavor |

Blend well and enjoy! This recipe contains

The following recipe by Steve Witherly is easy to make and tasty. It can be made as a
regular shake (using ice) or as a smoothie (using frozen fruit).
1 serving of Chocolate Formula 1 Protein Drink Mix
2 dessert spoons of Cocoa Powder.
250ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk (or Orange juice if preferred).
1 cup of Ice (optional). |
Mix all the ingredients in a blender (add all the liquids first, then
powders) and blend for about 40 seconds on high.
