2 tbs. Thermojetics® Gold High Protein, Low Carb Shake Mix, vanilla flavor
8 oz. fat-free milk or soy milk or cold water
1/2 c. ice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg |

Combine all ingredients and
blend until smooth. Sprinkle a little
cinnamon on top for garnish. |

2 tbs. Thermojetics® Formula 1 Protein Drink Mix, vanilla flavor
1 c. fresh or frozen mango
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1 c. ice |

Combine all ingredients and
blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh
mint leaves. |
